Be More With Less

For more ease, say goodbye to these 5 things.

Hello Reader,

More ease is the respite we need from our hurried, stressful days. More ease soothes us when we don't trust ourselves to make a big decision or when we are going through something painful.

Actually, couldn't we all benefit from a little more ease? We are so conditioned to prove ourselves by working hard and pushing through. We try to earn our rest by doing too much and we think we deserve ease when we reach whatever we imagine to be our version of success. By the time we get to the rest and ease, we're so worn out that we don't even get to enjoy it.

For more ease, say goodbye to these 5 things.

xo,

Courtney
